Project description

Automated system for low-noise measurements of the size of electrical organic transistors. The device is designed for low-noise measurements of current-voltage characteristics of organic effect transistors. The set is adapted to measure the characteristics of both transistors with an upper gate electrode and lower source-drain electrodes and transistors with a lower gate electrode and upper source-drain electrodes.
